Developping a new textile for retirement homes

One of Griffine's main markets in the furniture industry is retirement homes' furniture. Having recognized the lack of diversity in existing textiles, Griffine asked me to help them understand users' preferences in order to design a new textile specifically suited to retirement homes' furniture.

Recruiting a target user group

The first step was to find a group of users who would accept to discuss their preferences. I chose the retirement home Repotel, located outside of Paris.
